The Satyam Group of Companies was established in 1945 by Late Shri Devisahaiji and Late Shri Kanhaiyalalji with a mission to serve the cotton industry of the country by setting up of cotton ginning and trading facilities in Central India.

Shri Basant Kumar Agrawal took its area of operation to newer and wider horizons. A man of great business insight, he has proved to be a source of constant inspiration to the Group. He was backed by Shri Vallabhdas Agrawal.

Under the leadership of Mr. Deepak Agrawal and Mr. Sunil Agrawal, the group expanded its operations to Maharashtra and set up 5 new plants.

Mr. Deepak Agrawal looks after Production, Quality Systems, Taxation Department and Finance & Accounts apart from the Administrative Department. Mr. Sunil Agrawal’s 25+ years of experience in cotton trading was instrumental for the marketing of cotton product in various spinning and textile mills in the country, as well as the growth and strategic planning for the entire Group.

We are backed by a team of highly talented young partners who play an indispensable role in carving a niche for ourselves in competitive market.

Mr. Abhishek Mittal in Sillod, Mr. Sanjay Agrawal in Pachod while Jayvardhan Agrawal and Vikas Agrawal in seed and organic project are well acquainted with the in-depth knowledge of industry. The activities in which the Group mainly engages itself are mainly Cotton Ginning, Trading and Oil Mill for Cotton Seed Crushing. These activities coupled with diversification in the line of Hybrid Seed Manufacturing are mere reflections of the group’s conviction in commitment, innovation, responsibility and customer care.

The Group’s helms are now under the control of the dynamic new generation – Yashvardhan Agrawal and Harshvardhan Agrawal.
